    • Hi Rajlakshmi! So great to see you back on my blog. I have to work on getting more sleep in my routine. You have a very fit lifestyle, I see. I see that you are a Yogi who writes really beautifully. My daughter is an early riser and my husband and I are late sleepers. Work-in-progress! 🙂

    • Hi Akshata! Yes, I see that too. There is a routine in place but I do have my cheat days considering I work from home and it can get tricky on some days. My daughter wakes up even before sunrise ..so I need to get things moving early on in the day. Weekends, I wake up really late..lol. 🙂

  1. Waking up at 5. 30 and sleeping at 11 means less sleep right? I wake up at 6 🙂 your article reflects most of the moms routine including mine except that iam on career break now.

    • Hi Ramya! What big eyes you have…lol! Yes, you noticed it right..My hubby and I are late sleepers and my daughter is a very early riser. So, yes I have to work on scheduling more sleep into my timetable. Exactly, this is most Mom´s timetable …I currently work from home which suits me perfectly 🙂
