Rashtriya Gaurav Award (Platinum)

Recipient of the prestigious Rashtriya Gaurav Award (2019) in association with the Government of Telangana. 

Tina Sequeira’s interview was covered in the front page of the Telangana Today’s 3rd Anniversary issue, which featured women achievers from the Telangana State. Tina featured alongside Spurthi Kolipaka, social activist and Founder of WomComMatters and Kiran Dembla, a body building champion, and fitness trainer to celebrities such as S.S. Tina Sequeira’s review featured on the book cover of Niyati Tamaskar’s gutsy memoir ‘Unafraid: A survivor’s quest for human connection,’ alongside Forbes magazine, which featured it as one of eight books that spark human connection in 2020. Niyati Tamaskar, an author, TEDx speaker, and advocate for women and minorities, shares her story as a cancer survivor and breaks the shame, taboo, and stigma associated with breasts and cancer, especially in the Indian society. All book proceeds go to the American Cancer Society.
