The Tina Edit: From Serendipity to Top 100 Writing Blogs (2026)

The Tina Edit began in late 2006 as a simple personal space on Blogger, nudged by my brother Pramod. At the time, I hadn’t even heard of the words ‘blog’ or ‘blogging’, let alone even know what they meant. It was a small, serendipitous nudge that sparked a journey of curiosity and discovery.

In late 2017, I migrated my blog to WordPress and rechristened as The Tina Edit with a logo, marking the point when I started writing more seriously and consistently. Until then, my posts had been irregular, but this moment signaled my commitment to creating a space that truly reflected my voice, vision, and dedication.

What started as a casual personal space gradually became my virtual home, a place to share ideas, reflections, and stories with a growing community.

Over the years, this space has opened doors to countless opportunities: commissioned writing for larger platforms, guest posts, awards for literary contributions, editorial collaborations, social and commercial brand endorsements, and other ventures that align with the ethos of this blog.

While the logo and design have evolved, the mission has remained constant: sharing stories, reflecting on culture, and connecting with a like-minded community that celebrates each voice and the conversations it sparks.

The Tina Edit has grown into a globally recognized platform, and I’ve been featured in media like Manila Bulletin, The Times of India, WOW! Hyderabad, and Telangana Today…and along the way, I was honored as one of Telangana’s Top Women Achievers. It has enabled collaborations with global and national brands such as HarperCollins, Plan International, Accenture, Tanishq, and Nestlé, delivering purpose-driven campaigns and storytelling projects. I’ve also hosted workshops, literary interviews, author events, and guest collaborations across social platforms, engaging with readers and fellow creatives worldwide.

Beyond brand and media recognition, The Tina Edit has published original essays, poems, and reviews, with contributions featured in global journals, international anthologies, and platforms like Youth Ki Awaaz, Women’s Web, and Momspresso.

These milestones reflect the dialogue, curiosity, and serendipitous moments that make this space meaningful for both my readers and me.

Being listed alongside notable global authors, writers and creators reflects not just the work I’ve poured into the blog, but also the vibrant conversations and interactions with readers that make this space so special and meaningful.

I’m deeply grateful to FeedSpot, a platform that curates and recognizes leading blogs and creators worldwide through its annual rankings, for including The Tina Edit once again this year. And to my readers, thank you for making this virtual home vibrant, alive, and full of love and ideas.
