Walk, Walk, Walk Wednesdays!

Hills are alive

There´s something reassuring about Wednesdays that screams ´Confidence´. Yes! Much like Maria who sings out aloud to the Universe atop the hills – ´I have confidence and confidence in Me!´

Wednesdays are like being in your 30´s. You´re not young and naive anymore and super comfortable in your skin. But, you´ve not quite achieved with all that you had envisioned as yet at the start of the journey.

The work´s begun but not quite accomplished. And that keeps you going and moving forward till you can take the next break. And, continue and move forward again with renewed vigour.

On that immense potential note, I leave you with these conclusory verses from Robert Frost´s iconic poem´Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening´:

´The woods are lovely, dark and deep,

But I have promises to keep,

And miles to go before I sleep,

And miles to go before I sleep.´
